RST11 Theydon Park Road and Curtis Mill Lane chalet estates

Within the existing leisure plots identified on the Proposals Map at Theydon Park Road, Theydon Bois, and Curtis Mill Lane, Stapleford Abbotts the Council will:

refuse planning permission for any new leisure chalet; and
refuse any proposals to extend an existing chalet; and
not grant planning permission for the continued use of a chalet for a period of more than three years; and
not grant planning permission for the use, or continued use, of a chalet unless it is in a good state of repair; and
restrict the use of all chalets to weekends and holidays during the months of April to October inclusive.
