RST22 Potentially intrusive activities
The Council will not grant planning permission for potentially intrusive recreational activities unless it is satisfied that:
- there would be no excessive adverse effect upon the character and appearance of the Green Belt; and
- there would be no excessive noise or other disturbance to nearby residents or those seeking quiet recreation; and
- they would not necessitate the stopping up or excessive diversion of rights of way; and
- there would be no excessive impact upon the flora and fauna of both the site and its surroundings; and
- the safety of the general public would not be threatened.
