RST5 Stables
Stables will be permitted provided that:
- they do not have a significantly adverse impact upon the character and appearance of the landscape and are appropriate in scale, location, design, materials and landscaping; and
- the amount of horseriding that is likely to result would not lead to excessive highway danger on and across roads; and
- the amount of horseriding that is likely to result would not have a significantly adverse impact on the management, ecology or public use of open spaces (e.g. Epping Forest) and rights of way; and
- they are of a size adequate to meet the welfare requirements of the number of horses intended to use them; and
- adequate car parking is provided.
