RST7 Recreational Function of the Lee and Stort Navigations
The Council will grant planning permission for developments associated with the recreational function of the Lee and Stort navigations provided that:
- there is no adverse impact upon the character or appearance of the Green Belt; and
- there is no adverse impact upon river water levels.
