D6: External Servicing Features and Stores
Development proposals are required to demonstrate that:
- bin storage, cycle parking and electric vehicle charging points, whilst being designed to meet practical needs, are integrated into the built form and do not detract from the overall design of the scheme or the surrounding area; and
- external servicing features are designed as an integrated part of the overall design or are positioned to minimise their visual impact.
