ENP-H1: New homes in Effingham

During the Plan period (January 2016 – December 2030) the provision of around 50 new homes will be made to help meet local housing need within the Neighbourhood Area. The provision will be made through the implementation of existing housing commitments, site allocations in this Neighbourhood Plan and through small windfall sites acceptable under the terms of policy ENPG5.
