H5: Housing Conversion and Sub-division
Development proposals involving the conversion and/or sub-division of buildings into houses, flats, studios or bedsits are required to ensure that:
- there would not be an unacceptable impact on the character of the immediate locality;
- there would not be an unacceptable impact on the amenity of neighbouring residents; and
- sufficient amenity space, parking, bin storage and cycle parking is available.
