LNPBE2: Agricultural and Horticultural Land Use
Proposals relating to agricultural or horticultural use that contribute to the rural economy will be supported where it is demonstrated that:
- They are consistent with agricultural or horticultural activity
- They do not cause significant nuisance to neighbours by way of noise, smell, light pollution, increased carbon emissions or other nuisance
- They do not have a negative impact on the TBHSPA.
