P-TI5 - Communications Infrastructure

All new residential or commercial development within the Neighbourhood Area will be expected to include the necessary infrastructure (where possible) to allow Fibre To The Premises (FTTP).

Where planning permission is required, new telecommunication infrastructure shall be permitted where sympathetically designed and camouflaged to avoid harm to the parish’s landscape and historic environment. Existing masts, buildings and other structures must be used in the first instance unless robust justification is provided to demonstrate the need for a new site.
