LP19 Residential Conversions
The conversion of houses to flats will be supported if all of the following criteria are met:
- adequate access would be provided to each dwelling; and
- each dwelling would be self-contained; and
- the distinctive character of the building/area would not be adversely affected by development with particular regard to heritage assets.
A minimum of one family unit of 3 or more bedrooms at ground floor is provided. A minimum of one 4+ bed family unit will be required as part of conversion schemes in the Stamford Hill AAP area.
