LP3 Designated Heritage Assets - Registered Parks and Gardens and London Squares

Development proposals affecting Historic Parks, Gardens and Squares should:

  1. Sustain and enhance the significance of the landscape and its features of interest (including structures) and ensure that they do not detract from the enjoyment, layout, design, character, appearance or setting of the park, garden or square, including key views in and out; and
  2. Take opportunities to restore historic features, or not compromise future restoration opportunities; and
  3. Protect the setting, including key views in and out.
