This is a backland site located to the rear of Ivy House and 320 Green Lanes, with access off Green Lanes. Any redevelopment should respond to the locally listed Ivy House. An indicative appropriate building height for the development is 4-5 storeys. The new development should re-provide the industrial accommodation on site and maximise the delivery of genuinely affordable new homes.
