DA2 Accessible and adaptable dwellings M4(2)

To ensure that residential accommodation offers standards of accessibility that can be relied upon, and to ensure that homes are adaptable without the need for post-construction alterations, the Council requires in Local Plan Policy HO6 that 90% of all new homes are designed to the standards set out in Approved Document M to the Building Regulations M4(2).
