AAP10: Meanwhile Uses

A) The Council will support, through the granting of temporary planning consents, and where appropriate, time-limited Local Development Orders, “meanwhile” uses on allocated development sites which are not expected to come forward in the short term. Such uses will be required to demonstrate how they contribute to the vibrancy of the immediate area and support the delivery of the development outcomes and vision as set out in this Plan.
