AAP12: Improving Access to Nature

All Major development proposals will be required to incorporate appropriate features that support the protection, enhancement, creation and management of biodiversity within the Heart of Harrow.

Opportunities to implement the actions set out in the Harrow Biodiversity Action Plan and/or to improve access to nature for residents of the area should be exploited.

Proposals that seek to enhance or extend the Harrow Green Grid should incorporate opportunities to facilitate wildlife movement and the creation of habitats.
