Opportunity Sites

There are a number of sites across the Elstree Way Corridor that are suitable for redevelopment (subject to certain constraints) and where the size and location of the site means that they are strategically important in realising the overall vision for the area.

The following sections describe how the key AAP principles should be applied to the opportunity sites. This guidance is strategic and is not exhaustive, development proposals will need to take into account other national, regional and local planning policies.
