BE25 Modernisation and Improvement of Industrial and Business Areas

The local planning authority will seek to ensure modernisation and improvement of industrial and business areas through careful attention to the design and landscaping of buildings and external spaces. Where appropriate it will seek improved vehicular and pedestrian access and circulation routes through the area, and environmental improvements.
