BE30 Advertisement Hoardings Enclosing Sites Under Construction

The local planning authority will normally grant consent for advertisement hoardings enclosing sites for residential, education, community, youth and leisure development during the construction period (up to a maximum of three years) provided that:

  1. They do not detract from the residential and visual amenities of the surrounding area;
  2. They do not introduce an inappropriate commercial presence; and
  3. They are in accordance with the standard conditions detailed in the town and country planning (control of advertisements) (amendment) regulations 1994.
