BE36 Proposals for High Buildings/Structures in Identified Sensitive Areas

Within the areas identified in figure 5 as being particularly sensitive, high buildings and structures, will only be permitted if the local planning authority is satisfied that they will not:

  1. Mar the skyline;
  2. Intrude unacceptably into important local views; or
  3. Interfere with aviation and navigation.
