EC3 Potential Effects of Development on Sites of Nature Conservation Importance

The local planning authority will require proposals for development in the vicinity of sites of nature conservation importance to have regard to the potential effects on such sites of changes in the water table and of air, water, soil and other effects which may arise from the development.
