H8 Change of Use from Non-Residential to Residential
The change of use from non-residential to residential will be permitted if:
- A satisfactory residential environment can be achieved;
- The existing use is unlikely to meet a demand for such accommodation in the foreseeable future; and
- The proposal is consistent with other objectives of this plan, having particular regard to the contribution of the existing use to those objectives.
