LE6 Major Office and Other Business Proposals in Town Centres

Major office and other business proposals in town centres should where appropriate, include a mix of town centre uses such as shops, buildings for arts, cultural, entertainment, community use, indoor sports and leisure, facilities for the care of children, and small units for firms appropriate to a town centre location. Planning briefs may be prepared for major sites by the local planning authority.
