MIN26 Environmental Up-Grading of Aggregates Depots

The local planning authority will continue to encourage environmental upgrading, whilst having regard to the need to ensure economic competitiveness of the depot in comparison with other methods of aggregates supply because of the importance attached to rail borne supplies and other policies within the plan.
