OE10 Phasing of Development in Areas of Potential Flooding or Inadequate Sewerage Capacity

In areas of potential flooding or inadequate capacity of the foul and surface water sewerage system to receive the additional discharge from the development, a phased development may be required to match the provision of infrastructure so that the existing system is not overloaded to the detriment of the community as a whole.
