OL13 Development Associated with Agricultural or Forestry Uses Within or Affecting Conservation Areas, Archaeological Priority Areas etc.

When development associated with agriculture or forestry uses of land is proposed within countryside conservation areas, archaeological priority areas or sites of ecological importance, or if such development would have an impact on listed buildings, scheduled ancient monuments or nature reserves, or their settings, the local planning authority will require appropriate details to be submitted for approval prior to development commencing.
