R17 Use of Planning Obligations to Supplement the Provision of Recreation, Leisure and Community Facilities

The local planning authority will, where appropriate, seek to supplement the provision of recreation open space, facilities to support arts, cultural and entertainment activities, and other community, social and education facilities through planning obligations in conjunction with other development proposals.
