R7 Provision of Facilities which Support Arts, Cultural and Entertainment Activities

The local planning authority will, where appropriate, seek by agreement provision of facilities which support art, culture and entertainment activities, particularly to maintain the vitality of existing town centres in accordance with policies S3 and LE6.
