T4 Hotels, Guesthouses and Other Tourist Accommodation – Location, Amenity and Parking Requirements
Hotels, guest houses and other tourist accommodation will be acceptable in principle provided:
- The development is located within a mixed use area; and
- The development is located near or on a primary or secondary road or british rail or underground station; and
- The development does not result in the loss of amenity to neighbours through noise and other disturbances; and
- Parking to standards adopted by the local planning authority can be met within the curtilage of the site;
- Any on street parking that may be generated can be accommodated without detriment to the free flow of traffic or conditions of general highway safety.
