DM3.1 Mix of housing sizes

All sites should provide a good mix of housing sizes.

To ensure the range of housing sizes needed in the borough is provided, the housing mix required on all residential developments will be based on Islington’s Local Housing Needs Assessment, and the requirements of any updated housing needs surveys and/or assessments prepared by or on behalf of the council.
