For ground floor rear/side extensions within the StQW area, where the original external side passage is incorporated into the body of the house, to resist proposals which exceed 3m in height at the party wall, and/or with a roof slope greater than 45 degrees, and/or which infringe on Rights of Light of neighbouring properties.
