N10A: Portland Road (North): Extensions
In order to ensure some flexibility to meet the needs of growing families require that:
- extensions remain subservient to the host building and the context of the site;
- dormer windows are constructed of traditional materials and do not dominate the roof line;
- any reconstructed roof line remains below the party wall summit and is constructed of traditional materials.
