N10B: Portland Road (North): Exterior Painting
In order to preserve the historic features and character of Portland Road (North) require that:
- on Portland Road (North), west side:
- only (non-textured) pastel colours are used for stucco façade painting (subject to stucco detailing in white colours);
- white colours are used for fenestration and door surrounds;
- on Portland Road (North), east side:
- brickwork detailing at first floor level and above is not painted over.
