N6: Small Scale Additions and Architectural Features
In order to ensure that the cumulative impact of small scale alterations does not have a negative impact on the character and appearance of the Neighbourhood Area, the Plan requires:
- the siting of small-scale additions to be sensitive to the outside appearance of the building and the effect on the street scene;
- solar panels and satellite dishes to be discreetly located so as not to harm the character of the host building and its setting within the townscape of the Neighbourhood Area.
