N7: Outbuildings and Landscape
In order to preserve the character of gardens and other open spaces in the neighbourhood area, garden buildings must:
- be of an appropriate scale, design, materials and be carefully sited;
- be no higher than one storey in height and constructed from traditional materials;
- not form a separate dwelling.
