CA2 Safeguarding of Public Houses
- The redevelopment or change of use of a public house will only be supported where the proposal is in accordance with national Policy and the requirements of policies within the Development Plan.
- Proposals for redevelopment of associated accommodation, facilities or development within the curtilage of a public house that would compromise the operation or viability of the public house as a community asset will be resisted.
