DM Policy 21 Mini cab or taxi offices
The Council will consider planning permission for mini cab or taxi businesses only in locations where they:
- would not cause any adverse impact on the surrounding area by virtue of traffic congestion, including parking, which would be of detriment to the safety of other vehicle users, pedestrians and cyclists
- are well lit and have good CCTV facilities and
- would not have a detrimental effect on the amenities of adjoining property, especially residential occupiers, including that caused by noise disturbance.
