LTC27 Monitoring
The Council will facilitate the monitoring of the LTCLP through the monitoring framework (as part of the delivery strategy in Appendix 3) and the following interventions:
- using annual town centre surveys and health checks,
- monitoring progress on planning applications,
- reporting progress on infrastructure delivery to the Asset Management Board and Sustainable Development Partnership,
- including a town centre specific section in the Annual Monitoring Report (AMR).
