LRPGT1(1): The Kays, Heath Road, Linton.

In accordance with policy LPRSP10(C), planning permission for one permanent pitch at The Kays, Heath Road, Linton, as shown on the Policies Map, will be granted if the following criteria are met:

  • 1. The total capacity of the site does not exceed two gypsy and traveller pitches.
  • 2. Access to the site is via the existing access off Heath Road.
  • 3. The additional pitch is located towards the rear of the site and not forward of the existing mobile home.
