LRPGT1(10): The Ash, Yelsted Road, Stockbury.

In accordance with policy LPRSP10(C), planning permission for threen permanent pitches at The Ash, Yelsted Road, Stockbury, as shown on the Policies Map, will be granted if the following criteria are met:

  • 1. The total capacity of the site does not exceed five gypsy and traveller pitches.
  • 2. A landscaping scheme for the site is approved which provides for the retention and future maintenance of the existing landscaped boundaries of the site to provide an effective screen to the development.
