LRPGT1(6): 1 Oak Lodge, Tilden Lane, Marden.

In accordance with policy LPRSP10(C), planning permission for two permanent pitches at 1 Oak Lodge, Tilden Lane, Marden, as shown on the Policies Map, will be granted if the following criteria are met:

  • 1. The total capacity of the site does not exceed two gypsy and traveller pitches.
  • 2. The substantial landscape buffer to the north west and west of the site is retained and maintained.
