BNE17 Alterations to Listed Buildings

Alterations, extensions, conversions or changes of use affecting a Listed Building will not be permitted if they are:

  1. detrimental to the architectural or historic character of the building; or
  2. unsympathetic in design, scale, appearance and use; or
  3. do not retain original features and materials.
