BNE20 Scheduled Ancient Monuments

Scheduled Ancient Monuments are defined on the proposals map. Development affecting Scheduled Ancient Monuments or other nationally important sites will not be permitted if it would:

  1. damage or destroy such sites; or
  2. be detrimental to their setting.
