BNE33 Special Landscape Areas

Development within the North Downs and the North Kent Marshes special landscape areas, as defined on the proposals map, will only be permitted if:

  1. it conserves and enhances the natural beauty of the area’s landscape; or
  2. the economic or social benefits are so important that they outweigh the county priority to conserve the natural beauty of the area’s landscape.
