CF13 Tidal Flood Risk Areas

Development will not be permitted within a tidal flood risk area if:-

  1. it harms the integrity of the flood defences; or
  2. it fails to provide for a means of escape for people in the event of a flood; or
  3. it introduces residential living and sleeping accommodation below the estimated flood level; or
  4. it introduces mobile homes or caravans; or
  5. it introduces new holiday accommodation between October and May.
