CF2 New Community Facilities

New community facilities will be permitted subject to:

  1. the size and scale of development being appropriate to the site; and
  2. the development having no detrimental impact on the countryside, residential amenity, landscape or ecology; and
  3. accessibility to the local population by a variety of means of transport, including public transport, cycling and walking.
