ED10 Working From Home

The establishment of businesses operating from the applicant’s residence will be permitted provided that it can be demonstrated that there would not be any :

  1. detrimental effect on residential amenity by way of dust, noise, smell or other emissions; and
  2. additional traffic flows and vehicle parking which would be harmful to residential amenity or road safety; and
  3. erosion of the residential character of the area.
