ED12 New Tourist Facilities

The development of new tourist attractions and facilities will be permitted, particularly at the following sites defined on the proposals map :

  1. Rochester Riverside Action Area (see policy S7);
  2. Chatham Maritime (South of Basin 1. Mixed Use Zone - see policy S8);
  3. Chatham Historic Dockyard (see policy S9);
  4. Bloors Wharf, Gillingham.
