L13 Water Based Leisure

The development of water based leisure facilities along the River Medway will be permitted, subject to the following criteria :

  1. there is no adverse effect on nature conservation interests; and
  2. there is adequate land based access for pedestrians, cyclists and road traffic; and
  3. it does not prejudice the amenity of local residents, adjoining uses or other users of the River Medway.
