The following sites, as defined on the proposals map, are identified for the provision of new playing fields :

  1. Castlemaine Avenue;
  2. Chapel Lane, Hempstead;
  3. Hoo Road, Wainscott.

Development which would prejudice these proposals will not be permitted.
