T11 Development Funded Transport Improvements

Legal agreements with developers will be sought to secure

  1. off-site improvements to transport infrastructure (which may include rail freight, public transport, pedestrian and cycling infrastructure) and/or public transport services, the need for which arises from the proposed development; and
  2. improved accessibility by all modes of transport
